Terms of Use.

The rules for using ProCare and this website.

Effective 12 October 2026 · Version 2.0 · Governing law: Republic of India · Jurisdiction: New Delhi

These Terms are an agreement between you and Applied Quantum Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“ProCare”, “we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist or using ProCare, you agree to them and to ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use ProCare.

ProCare is not a doctor and is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not wait for a reply from ProCare.

1. What ProCare is

ProCare is a health companion on WhatsApp for people managing long-term conditions. It reads the messages and photos you send, keeps a record, sends reminders and check-ins you ask for, answers questions, and prepares a copy of your record. It is available by invitation while we open access gradually.

2. What ProCare is not

  • It does not diagnose, and it does not prescribe. Medicines are your doctor’s decision, and a prescription is written only by a doctor.
  • It does not replace a doctor, an examination or a test. It tells you when you need one.
  • It uses AI, which can be wrong. Check anything that matters for your health with your doctor.
  • It cannot browse the internet or check prices, stock or opening hours.

3. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and in India, or be the parent, guardian or authorised caregiver of the person you set ProCare up for. You must give accurate information and use only your own WhatsApp number or one you are entitled to use.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Seek emergency care in an emergency.
  • Tell ProCare about your conditions, medicines and allergies as accurately as you can, and correct anything that is wrong.
  • Invite a care partner or share a link only with people you trust. Anyone with a share link can open it until you turn it off.
  • Do not use ProCare to harm anyone, to send unlawful content, to try to break or overload it, or to get it to reveal how it works.

5. Care partners and sharing

A relative becomes a care partner only when they agree, and you can remove them. You can ask for a link to your record and turn it off at any time. Replying STOP ends all messages.

6. If you are a doctor

ProCare supports your patients between visits. It does not make clinical decisions for you. You remain responsible for your clinical decisions, your prescriptions and your obligations under the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 and related rules.

7. Our content and your content

ProCare, its design, software and brand belong to Applied Quantum Labs Pvt. Ltd.. You keep ownership of what you send us. You allow us to use it to provide ProCare to you as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

ProCare depends on WhatsApp and other services, and may be slow, change or be unavailable. We may change or stop features, and we will try to give notice when a change matters to you. We may suspend access that breaches these Terms.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent Indian law allows, ProCare is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make about your health without consulting a doctor. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for ProCare in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing restricts your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Stopping

You can stop at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end access if you breach these Terms or if the law requires.

11. Grievances

Grievance Officer, Applied Quantum Labs Pvt. Ltd.: support@procare.fit. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days. For data matters see the Privacy Policy. You may also approach a Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
