How ProCare keeps people safe.
A health companion earns trust with what it refuses to do. These are ProCare’s rules.
Emergencies come first.
If a message sounds like an emergency, such as chest pain or trouble breathing, the reply opens by telling you to get emergency care now, before anything else. In India you can call 108 for an ambulance or 112 for the national emergency number.
ProCare is not a doctor.
It does not diagnose. Medicines are your doctor’s decision, and a prescription is something only a doctor can write. For an examination, a test or a prescription, ProCare points you to a doctor in person.
It says only what it did.
If ProCare saved a reading, it says so. If it cannot do something, it says that. It does not claim that a doctor has been told or will see something unless that is true.
AI writes the replies, and AI can be wrong.
ProCare uses AI to read your messages and write its replies. It works from your record and from what you tell it, and it can still make mistakes. Treat it as a companion, and check anything that matters for your health with your doctor.
Your record is yours.
You can ask ProCare for a copy of your record at any time. You can make a link to show a doctor and turn it off again. A relative becomes a care partner only if they agree, and you can remove them. Reply STOP at any time and ProCare stops messaging you.
We don’t sell your data.
We do not sell personal or health data and we do not use it for advertising. The Privacy Policy lists what we collect, why, and the service providers involved.
In an emergency, don’t wait for a reply from ProCare. Call 108 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Worried about something ProCare said? Write to safety@procare.fit and a person will read it.
