About ProCare.

Most care for a long-term condition happens between visits: what you ate, whether the number was high this morning, which pill you forgot, which report is in which folder. ProCare lives where that life already happens, in WhatsApp, and it speaks the language you speak.

It asks what you want help with before it asks what is wrong. It reads your meals, readings and reports, remembers them, and tells you plainly when something needs a doctor, or an emergency room. It never prescribes.

What we hold ourselves to

• Emergencies come first.
• ProCare says only what it did, and never claims an action that did not happen.
• Your record is yours: you can ask for a copy, share it, and stop the sharing.
• We say plainly what ProCare can and cannot do. Read how we keep it safe.
